Juban Inari Shrine
The 2 shrines of Suehiro Shrine and Takecho Inari Shrine merged after the war and it was renamed Juban Inari Shrine. The original shrine was said to have been founded more than a millennia ago. As it was conferred with the Amulet of Fire Protection from the legend of the Frog Pond, the frog talismans are very popular. In November, they have the Festival of the Rooster, the only one in Minato district, and many people come looking for rakes. In the Pilgrimage of the 7 Gods of Maritime Fortune during the New Year, it becomes a pilgrimage site for the Treasure Ship.
Sealine Tokyo Inc.
A restaurant cruise in the Tokyo Bay. Their ship the 'Symphony' was the first restaurant ship to begin operating in Tokyo Bay back in 1989. These days they have 2 ships in service, 365 days a year, providing guests a venue to celebrate their important occasions. The service's unique route travels through the Rainbow Bridge, and visits the Tokyo Gate Bridge, Maihama, and Narita Airport. The heart route has garnered attention as a popular cruise for couples.
Karasumori Shrine
In the third year of Tenkei (940), Taira no Masakado initiated a revolt. He prayed for victory at the Inari shrine, where Hidesato Fujiwara, a man famous for his centipede extermination tale, happened to be. Soon after, a white fox arrived and left with Hidesato an arrow fletched with white feathers. Wielding the arrow, Hidesato swiftly suppressed the revolt. Just as he paid respects to the deity at the shrine, the white fox appeared in his dreams and informed him that the place where sacred crows gathered was a sanctuary. In exact resemblance to the dream, the place where crows had gathered around was where Karasumori Inari was built on. Azabu Hikawa Shrine/Sailor Moon/Sendai Clan date Mr. Yukari Inari/Bishamonten
In the year 938 of Tenkei, Seiwa Genji's father, Minamoto-no-moto, and Asomi (the original Tsukunai) was established in the Pine (now Azabu-A-pine) of the Musashi-shima-gu-mori shallow cloth crown in the eastern conquest when the Amkei rebellion was calmed down. Azabu Hikawa Co., Ltd. was able to pray for the easy delivery of the three generals, Hidetadada, and the birth of the Edo Tokugawa Shogun, who also saw Mt. Fuji. In addition, the fifth general, Tsunayoshi, and the birth mother and Katsura Chang-in were also revered. In the Meiji era, there was a 繫 with Arisugawa miya Prince. Akasaka Hikawa Shrine
One of the ten shrines of Tokyo. Founded in 951 (Tenryaku 5), the current shrine was built in 1729 (Kyoho 14), on the orders of the 8th Tokugawa shogun of the Edo era, Yoshimune. Since then it miraculously escaped being damaged in the Great Kanto Earthquake and is designated as a Tokyo cultural property that exists as it did during its original construction. The grounds include great numbers of Edo era sights, from natural monuments to torii gates, stone lion-dog guardians, hanging lanterns and more. It is well known as a marriage shrine, with many weddings held there.

Takeshiba Passenger Terminal (Minato-ku) Takeshiba passenger terminal is also used as a gateway to the Izu-Ogasawara islands, as well as a restaurant ship and landing area. Dentsu Shiki Theater [Umi]

Zenpukuji/Willow Wells
Zenpukuji is one of the oldest temples in Tokyo, which was founder as a Azabu mountain in the east to imitate the Koyasan of the West, in order to spread the Shingon sect to the Kanto region, Kukai in the Heian period. During the Kamakura period, the Shinran on the way from Echigo to Kamirakui stayed in Zenpukuji. Ebara Hatakeyama Museum of Art 2026 Summer Exhibition II

Tea masters bestowed 'mei' (inscriptions) on these tools out of respect and affection for their unique utensils. "Mei" is an alternative name given to an excellent tea utensil. The names inscribed on the utensils and storage boxes serve as a bridge to the present day to convey the feelings and aesthetic sensibilities of those who loved tea utensils. This exhibition focuses on the theme of "Why was this name given?" and unravels the stories hidden within the tea utensils. Please enjoy it along with the many cool creations. With the ongoing Taiga drama growing interest in the Sengoku period, please take this opportunity to watch it. ◇ One Year of Memorial: Kaoru Ueda's Super Realism—Jam, Ice Cream, Raw Egg ~A vivid relay of 'Ultimate Abstraction' and 'Ultimate Realism'~ As a summer series, we will hold exhibitions in Phase I and Phase II that present two opposing modes of expression. Through the theme of "From Abstraction to Realism," we will introduce the richness of contemporary art expression. In the second phase, we will hold an exhibition commemorating one year after the passing of Kaoru Ueda, a leading contemporary Japanese Western-style painter. Kaoru Ueda projected photographs onto canvas and vividly depicted moments that are intangible to the naked eye, such as the moment a raw egg falls or the ice cream scooped up with a spoon. This expression later came to be called 'super-realism,' and Kaoru Ueda became known as one of its representative artists. The fresh colors overflowing from the canvas bring a sense of surprise and excitement, making viewers feel "more beautiful than the real thing." This exhibition features over 60 pieces, ranging from early works to representative pieces, and from his later years when he broke away from realism to explore new frontiers. Additionally, we will specially showcase Mrs. Yoko's warm quilt pieces, which have supported him continuously. We hope you will enjoy a space in the new building, designed by Hiroshi Sugimoto, where the ultimate skills and the trajectory of life resonate. [Biography] Kaoru Ueda He was born in Yoyogi, Tokyo Prefecture in 1928 (Showa 3). Inspired by his encounter with art historian Soichi Tominaga, he aspired to become a painter and entered the Oil Painting Department at Tokyo University of the Arts. In 1954 (Showa 29), he graduated from the university. In 1958 (Showa 33), he held his first solo exhibition at Minami Gallery. Meanwhile, in 1956 (Showa 31), he won the International Grand Prize at the MGM Poster International Competition and was also active as a graphic designer. After that, he devoted about ten years to work in the field of design. Around 1968, he resumed painting production. Using the technique of projecting photographs onto canvas, he gained attention for his representative works such as 'Nama Tamago'. His new realistic expression was highly praised as resonating with the super-realism of the same era. He has served as a professor at Ibaraki University and Yamano College of Beauty and Arts. He passed away on September 26, 2025 (Reiwa 7). He was 96 years old. 25th Fiesta Mexicana 2026 in Odaiba Tokyo
To celebrate Mexico's Independence Day (September 16), the 'Fiesta Mexicana in Odaiba Tokyo' has been held since 2000. Shinagawa Central Garden
Shinagawa Central Garden is the name of a vast pedestrian space with a width of about 45 m, a length of about 400 m, and an area of about 2 ha that extends from north to south between the buildings of Shinagawa Intercity and Shinagawa Grand Commons in the development area of the Shinagawa Station East Exit District Redevelopment District Plan. In the Central Garden, various events such as film festivals and alcohol events are held depending on the season. In the Central Garden, there are seven objects inspired by the nature of Shinagawa, such as the Shinagawa coast and the cherry blossoms of Gotenyama, and you can enjoy the greenery and objects. Azabu Nanbuzaka Church
He began his activities in the 1910s and was officially established as a church in 1920. Since the establishment of the church, it has operated the attached Nanasaka Kindergarten. The church, built in 1933, was designed by W.M. Voriz, who came to Japan as a missionary. It is made in a multilayered manner taking advantage of the conditions of slope, and the first floor is a kindergarten and the second floor is a chapel. Minato City Center for Traditional Culture

Minato city-established Minato Science Museum
This new science museum opened in June 2020. It has a laboratory with workshops on programming, science experiments, and permanent exhibition corner (free) where you can discover science in our everyday life. The planetarium hall is equipped with an Orpheus projector that projects 8 million stars against a concurrent 4K video background. Television programs like the in-house original 'Minato's time and a walk under the starry skies' that allow rediscovery of Minato's charm are showed in the planetarium. It also screens 'A 1.38 billion light year-journey across deep space', narrated by Minato's tourism embassador Akemi Masuda. Along with the hourly screenings, you can enjoy a lively storytelling from planetarium curators about astronomy. It is situated in the town center 4 minutes of walking from Toranomon Hills station, so why not give this place a visit? The Japanese Meteorological Agency and meteorology museum are in the same building.
