The Minato City Tourism Photo Contest is now in its 19th year, with the aim of rediscovering the charm of Minato City through photography, from famous places and old sites in Minato City, to the scenery of the four seasons to hidden spots.
Under the theme of "Please be able to charm the Minato Ward that you are proud of!", in addition to the general "Camera Division", works are invited in three categories: the "Smartphone Division" and the "Photocon Koshien Division" for junior high school and high school students.
The 24 works selected by the judging panel, chaired by photographer Mineko Orisaku, will be exhibited at the Minato City Tourism Information Center in Sapporo Tsuji Square.
