At Roppongi Hills, Azabudai Hills, and Toranomon Hills, the summer gourmet festival "Hills Gourmet Burger Grand Prix 2026" will be held from Wednesday, July 1 ~ Monday, August 31. This year, which was well received last year, a record 37 stores participated. Each shop's signature burgers, showcasing their originality, will be offered exclusively at this event.
In this event, voting on the "Hills App" will determine the "Overall Grand Prix," which is the top of all stores, and the "Grand Prix," which is the No.1 among all Hills buildings. The burger that won the prestigious Grand Prix will be sold for an extended period so that more people can enjoy it. This year, with a record 37 participating stores, not only classic burger specialty shops but also newly opened new stores and renowned eateries from a wide variety of genres, featuring unique limited-edition burgers packed with unique ideas, will be gathered.
A total of 10 stores from Roppongi Hills, the birthplace of the Gourmet Burger Grand Prix, are participating. Unique burgers such as the "OXOMOCO Salsa Macha Burger," a Michelin-starred original salsa macha lavishly topped with Oshomoco's original salsa macha from NY, and the "Dim Sum Chef's Special Shanghai Pork Corner Burger ~with Shark Fin Soup~" featuring melty braised braised pork braised pork from Nansho Manju Shop.
Additionally, a total of nine stores from Azabudai Hills participated. You can enjoy exotic burgers such as the "Lobster and Wagyu Burger," which combines lobster and Wagyu beef, which is like a French dish, and the "Machu Picchu Burger," boldly featuring Peru's signature dish "Lomo Saltado" from Peruvian Aldo.
And from Toranomon Hills, a total of 18 stores participated. In addition to live-atmosphere burgers like the "LA Burger," which is topped with Tacos Way's special spicy cheese sauce, and the "Smoky Chipotle ×Mango Crunch Burger," grilled right in front of you by Plancha ZURRIOLA, there are many burgers that are not only delicious but also visually appealing.
